Qualification and experience:

• 16 years of education in Project Management / Business / Public Administration / Economics / Finance / Development Policy.
• 12 years post qualification experience in public or donor projects.
• Proven experience in formulating, analyzing, and implementing   governance-related   policies, strategies, and institutional frameworks at the provincial or federal level.
• Deep familiarity with the structure, processes, and rules of the Government of Punjab, including administrative, financial, and accountability procedures.
