Qualification and Experience:

Candidate shall be enrolled as an advocate High Court having valid license. however, preference will be given to advocate having 05x years of experience in practice as an advocate High Court.
The candidate shall be a practicing advocate of High Court having valid license with experience in legal matters preferably dealing with CNS Act 1997, Drug/Criminal/Assets cases, PSA 1977, AMLA 2010 Cases and service matters.
Special preference will be given for the ser 1 (a) to the retired judge or candidate who have served as Special Public Prosecutor/Law officer Law Enforcement Agencies and having experience of contesting department/organization cases in lower Courts/Tribunals and Appellant Courts.
Special preference will be given for the 1 (b) to the advocates who have served as special public prosecutor / Law officer in Law Enforcement agencies or departments dealing assets and financial investigation and Anti-Money laundering case.
