Qualification and Experience:

Master or BS (04 years) degree in Project Management
Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Rural/International Development, Political Science. Law, Development Management, Social/Management Sciences or any other relevant discipline. Degree must be from an HEC recognized institution.

Minimum 15 year of professional experience at international, national,or provincial level.
Demonstrated experience in managing PSDP,or foreign funded projects, including effective monitoring, preparation,and execution of annual work plans,budgets,planning, administration,and procurement. Strong familiarity with project management, including expertise in negotiation & coordination with international financial institutions, federal,and provincial governments, and other non government stakeholders.
