Qualification and Experience:
Master's/Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business, Finance, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution, or professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or ACCA. Candidates with CFA or FRM certifications will be preferred. Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in the financial sector, with a strong background in risk analysis and modelling. Proven familiarity with major risk management frameworks and hands-on experience in drafting risk policies, alongside demonstrated contributions to effective risk governance. For qualified Chartered Accountants, articleship will be considered as part of the requisite experience.
