Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / English / Statistics from an institute recognized by HEC.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma in Corporate Law.

Experience: 

  • Minimum five (05) years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, preferably in drafting minutes of meetings, board resolutions and compliance documentation.
